Garvan Walshe

Bio

Garvan is a political strategist and entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of the political technology company Article7 Intelligence and co-founder of the electoral integrity NGO Unhack Democracy. He is a former National and International Security Policy Adviser for the Conservative Party. He chairs election watchdog Unhack Democracy and works with the ARENA programme at the SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University. 

Garvan writes regularly for Foreign Policy and has been published in a range of outlets including The Economist, Die Welt, Haaretz, The New Statesman, ConservativeHome and CNN.

He holds a PhD from the University of Manchester and was a Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute.
