Tom Vandenkendelaere has been a Belgian Member of the European Parliament from 2014-19 and again since 2021.

He is a member of the Christian Democratic & Flemish Party (CD&V), which sits in the EPP group.

Tom is President of the European Movement in Belgium and secretary of the Royal Belgian Benevolent Society in London.
